Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using this site — including chatting with the AI consultant, requesting a website preview, or submitting an enquiry — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

If you use the service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you are authorised to accept these terms for it.

2. What we provide

Our services include:

• website design and development (the Starter, Business, and custom SaaS / Enterprise plans);
• AI consultation chat and automatically generated website previews;
• SEO and GEO (generative engine optimisation) services, including the Growth monthly retainer; and
• first-year domain and hosting arrangement (Starter and Business plans).

The exact contents, page count, and deliverables of each plan are governed by the quotation confirmed in writing by both parties.

3. Quotations and scope

The prices shown on this site are indicative ranges. Your actual quotation depends on the confirmed page count, features, and deliverables. We confirm scope before work starts; anything beyond the confirmed scope is quoted and agreed with you before we build it.

4. Payment

Unless agreed otherwise in writing:

• a deposit of 30% of the quoted total is payable before work begins, charged in Hong Kong dollars (HKD) through Stripe;
• the balance is payable before the site is handed over;
• all prices are in HKD;
• the Growth retainer has a minimum term of 3 to 6 months, as stated in the confirmed quotation.

Payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment provider, subject to its own terms. We may suspend work and delivery on overdue payment.

5. Your responsibilities

So the project can finish on schedule, you agree to:

• provide copy, images, logos, and other required materials promptly;
• ensure everything you give us does not infringe any third party's copyright, trade mark, or other rights, and does not breach applicable law; and
• respond to our confirmation requests and draft reviews within a reasonable time.

Delays caused by outstanding materials or feedback extend the delivery schedule accordingly and are not a breach by us.

6. Delivery and revisions

Where you have supplied the required materials, a Starter project usually receives a first draft within 3 working days and a Business project within 7 working days, depending on the confirmed scope.

The number and scope of revisions included are those stated in your quotation; anything beyond that is quoted separately.

7. AI-generated content

The consultation chat and the website previews on this site are generated by AI models. A preview expires automatically 48 hours after it is generated and is illustrative only — its copy, images, and figures may be inaccurate or incomplete, it is not the final deliverable, and it is not professional advice of any kind.

Content in the site we actually deliver is reviewed by a human before handover.

8. SEO and GEO disclaimer

Search rankings and AI answer-engine citations are determined by third-party algorithms (Google, OpenAI, and others) that we do not control. We undertake to carry out SEO and GEO work to recognised good practice, but we do not guarantee any particular ranking, traffic level, impression volume, citation count, or business outcome.

We also do not use techniques that breach search engine guidelines.

9. Intellectual property

On full payment, intellectual property in the delivered design, page layouts, and content written specifically for your project transfers to you.

We retain all rights in our own development frameworks, code libraries, templates, tools, and general skills and know-how — these are reused across projects and are not a project deliverable. Third-party components (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain subject to their own licences.

Unless you ask us in writing not to, we may display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.

10. Domain and hosting

The Starter and Business plans include the first year of domain and hosting. From the second year, domain, hosting, and SSL renewal is HKD 480 per year (subject to cost changes, which we will tell you about in advance). If you choose not to renew, the site will stop being reachable online.

11. Cancellation and refunds

The deposit reserves your production slot and funds design work that starts immediately, so it is non-refundable once work has begun.

If you cancel before we start work, we refund the deposit in full. If we are unable to deliver for reasons of our own, we refund the amount corresponding to the undelivered portion.

12. Acceptable use

You may not use this site or our services for unlawful activity, to publish infringing or defamatory content, to send spam, or to interfere with, damage, or reverse-engineer the site or its infrastructure. We may suspend or terminate service where we find such use.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data.

Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you actually paid for the service giving rise to that claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14. Third-party services

Our services depend on third-party providers including Google Cloud, Stripe, Mailgun, and Cloudflare. Interruption, change, or discontinuation of those services is outside our control and we are not liable for it, though we will reasonably assist you in finding an alternative.

15. Privacy

How we handle personal data is set out in this site's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

16. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The revised version, with a new “last updated” date, is posted on this page and takes effect when posted. A confirmed quotation is performed under the terms in force on the date of that quotation.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes are submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
